பாலசுப்பிரமணி என்பவன் பனிரெண்டாம் வகுப்பு படித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தான். இறுதியாண்டு தேர்வில் செய்முறைத்தேர்வு வந்தது .அதற்கு அவனது ஆசிரியர் செய்முறைத்தேர்வு (project)செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று சொல்லிவிட்டார் .அவன் மீன் பற்றிய ஆராய்ச்சியை செய்வதாக சொன்னான். ஆனால் மீன் பண்ணைக்கு செல்லாமல் நூலகத்திற்குச் சென்று மீன் பற்றிய ஆராய்ச்சி புக்கை எடுத்து பார்த்து எழுதிவிட்டு அந்த ப்ராஜெக்டை ஆசிரியரிடம் தந்து விட்டான். ஆசிரியர் கேள்விமேல் கேள்வி கேட்டதால் மாட்டிக்கொண்டான் .
