Karthik has been working as an assistant director in the cinema industry for 5 years. His hometown is Thanjavur. Was going well. He's not married yet. After a few months, his director did not work because he had no pictures. He left for his hometown, Thanjavur. குமார் என்பவன் இரண்டு நாய்களை வளர்த்து வந்தான். இரண்டு நாய்களுக்கும் நன்றாக உணவளிப்பான். இரண்டு நாய்களும் நன்றாக கொழுகொழுவென வளர்ந்தன. ஒருநாள் குமாரின் வீட்டில் திருடன் ஒருவன் திருட வந்துவிட்டான். அப்போது இரண்டு நாய்களும் பயங்கரமாகக் குரைத்தது. தூங்கிக்கொண்டிருந்த குமார் எழுந்து திருடனைப் பிடித்து விட்டான். அவனை போலீசில் ஒப்படைத்தார். சிலகாலம் சென்றபின் சுதந்திர தினம் வந்தது ஜெயிலில் இருந்து பல கைதிகள் ரிலீசானர்கள்.குமார் வீட்டில் திருடிய திருடனும் ரிலீசானானன்.அப்பொழுது அவன் குமாரைப் பழிவாங்க எண்ணினான். ஒருநாள் குமார் இரண்டு நாய்களையும் கூட்டிக்கொண்டு காலையில் வாக்கிங் சென்றான். மாறுவேடத்தில் அந்தத் திருடன் குமார் கொள்வதற்கு வந்தான். மறுபடியும் அந்தத் திருடனை நாய்கள் கண்டுபிடித்து விட்டது. மறுபடியும் ஜெயிலுக்கு சென்று விட்டான். 

ஒரு ஊரில் ஒரு மீனவன் வாழ்ந்து வந்தான். அவன் நாய்க்குட்டி ஒன்றை வளர்த்து வந்தான். அவன் தினமும் இரவில் மீன்பிடிக்கச் சென்று விடுவான். காலையில் வந்து விடுவான். பிடித்து வந்த மீன்களை 12 மணிக்குள் மீன் மார்க்கெட்டில் விற்று விடுவான். மதிய வேளையில் சாப்பிட்டு விட்டு படுத்து தூங்கி விடுவான். இதே வேலைய தினமும் செய்து வந்தான். வீடு கிராமத்தில் தனியாக இருந்தது .மதியம் ஒரு நாள்  படுத்து தூங்கிக்கொண்டிருந்தான். அவன் வீட்டுக்குள் படுத்துக்கொண்டு இருந்தான். அவனது நாய் வெளியே கட்டப்பட்டிருந்தது. அவன் அயர்ந்து தூங்கிக்கொண்டு இருந்தான்.அப்பொழுது அவன் வீட்டுக்குள் ஒரு பாம்பு போனது. அவனது நான் நன்றாக குறைத்தது. ஆனால் அவன் தூக்கத்திலிருந்து விழிக்கவில்லை. பாம்பு அவன் அருகில் சென்று விட்டது. நாய் உடனடியாக செயினை பித்துக்கொண்டு  ஓடியது பாம்பின் அருகில். பாம்பும் நாயும் சண்டை போட்டன.  மீனவன் தூக்கத்திலிருந்து கண் விழித்து பார்த்தபோது  கடைசியில் இரண்டு விலங்குகளும் இறந்து கிடந்தன. கதையின் நீதி நாய் நன்றியுள்ளது 

ஒரு ஊரில் குமார் என்ற சிறுவன் வாழ்ந்து வந்தான். அவன் ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு படித்துக்கொண்டிருந்தான். அவன் வீட்டில் நாய் குட்டி ஒன்றை வளர்த்து வந்தான். அவன் காலையில் பள்ளிக்குச் சென்றுவிட்டு மாலையில் வந்து அந்த நாய் உடன் விளையாடுவான். சில மாதங்கள் ஆயின. அவனுடைய நாய் இரவில் ஊளையிட ஆரம்பித்தது. இதனால் அவனுடைய தூக்கம், மற்றும் அக்கம் பக்கத்து வீட்டாரின் தூக்கம் கெட்டது. அவர்கள் அனைவரும் இவர்கள் வீட்டின் மேல் சண்டைக்கு வந்தனர். குமாரின் அப்பா நாய் நமக்கு வேண்டாம் நாயைக் கொண்டு போய் எங்காவது விட்டுவிட்டு வந்துவிடலாம் என்றார் குமாரிடம். அவனும் அழுதான். பின்பு சரி என்றான். ஒருநாள் காரில் குமாரும் அவனது அப்பாவும் அவர்களுடைய நாயைக் கொண்டுபோய் 20 கிலோ மீட்டர் தள்ளி ஒரு ஊரில் விட்டுவிட்டு வந்துவிட்டனர். ஆனால் நாய் அவர்களுக்கு முன்னால் வீட்டுக்கு வந்து விட்டது. இதனால் அவர்கள் வீட்டை காலி செய்துவிட்டு சொந்த கிராமத்திற்கு சென்றுவிட்டனர். நாய்க்காக வீட்டை காலி செய்து விட்டனர் .குமாரின் அப்பாவுக்கு நாயும் வேண்டும் மகனும் வேண்டும் போல

ரமேஷ் மற்றும் சுரேஷ் இருவரும் நண்பர்கள். இருவரும் ஒரே ஊரில் ஒன்றாக வாழ்ந்து வந்தனர். இருவரும் கூலி வேலைக்குச் செல்வார்கள். இருவருக்கும் திருமணம் ஆகிவிட்டது. ரமேஷ் ஒரு குடிகாரன்,மற்றும் மற்ற புகைப்பிடிப்பது, பாக்குப் போடுவது போன்ற கெட்ட பழக்கங்கள் அவருக்கு நிறைய உண்டு. அவன் அன்றாட சம்பாதிக்கும் காசை அன்றே செலவு செய்து விடுவான். சுரேஷ் மிகவும் நல்லவன் அன்றாட வாங்கும் சம்பளத்தில் பாதியை செலவு செய்துவிட்டு மீதியை சேமித்து வைக்கும் பழக்கம் உடையவன். அவன் எப்போதும் சிக்கனமாக இருப்பான். அவனுக்கு எந்த ஒரு கெட்ட வழக்கம் கிடையாது. ஒருநாள் மழை காலம் வந்தது. இருவருக்கும் வேலை கிடைக்க வில்லை. சுரேஷ் தான் சேர்த்து வைத்திருந்த பணத்தை நன்றாக வாழ்ந்தான். ரமேஷ் செலவுக்கு காசு இல்லாமல் கஷ்டப்பட்டான். யார் யாருக்கு என்ன பிரச்சனை வரும் என்று யாருக்கும் தெரியாது. சம்பளத்தில் ஒரு பகுதியை சேமித்து வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். சேமிப்பு மிக முக்கியம்

மருதமுத்து கணியூர்  வசித்து வந்தார் .ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு படித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தான். அவன் அம்மா அவனை மளிகை கடைக்கு சென்று வர சொல்லுவாள் அடிக்கடி. அவன் மளிகை கடைக்கு செல்லும்போதெல்லாம் மளிகைக்கடையில் வெளியில் மாங்காய் கேரட் போன்றவற்றை திருடி  கொண்டு வந்துவிடுவான். இந்த செயலை அவன் இரண்டு மூன்று மாதங்களாக பண்ணிக்கொண்டிருந்தான். கடைக்காரருக்கு யாரு திருடுகிறார்கள் என்று சந்தேகமாக இருந்தது.கடைசியில் யாருக்கும் தெரியாமல் சிசிடிவி கேமரா மாட்டி விட்டார் .வழக்கம்போல் திருடிக்கொண்டு சென்றார் மருதமுத்து.கடைக்காரரிடம் மாட்டி விட்டான் .கடைக்காரர் அந்தச் சிறுவனை போலீசில் ஒப்படைத்தார் .

ரமேஷ் ஒரு ஊரில் வசித்து வந்தார். பத்தாம் வகுப்பு மட்டுமே படித்திருந்தார் .அவர் பெயிண்டிங் வேலை செய்து வந்தார். அவருக்கு வயது முப்பது ஆனால் அவருக்கு யாரும்  பெண் தரவில்லை .திருமணம் ஆகாமலே வாழ்ந்து வந்தார். ஒரு நாள் அவர்களது தூரத்து உறவினர் வீட்டில் திருமணத்ததுக்குச் சென்றார் .அப்பொழுது திருமணத்தின்போது மாப்பிள்ளை வேற ஒரு பெண்ணை திருமணம் செய்வதாக சொல்லி கடிதம் எழுதி வைத்து விட்டு சென்றுவிட்டார்.   அப்பொழுது பெண்வீட்டார் எல்லாம் கதறுகிறார்கள் இனி என் மகளைத் யார் திருமணம் செய்து கொள்வார்கள் என்று.அப்பொழுது  ரமேஷ் நான் திருமணம் செய்து கொள்கிறேன் என்றான்.  ரமேஷ்க்கு திருமணம் நடைபெற்றது .ரமேஷ் அந்தப் பெண்ணுடன் ஊருக்கு வந்தார்  ..

தினேஷ் என்பவர் திருப்பூரில் உள்ள பனியன் கம்பெனியில்  வேலை பார்த்து வந்தார். தன்னுடன் பணிபுரியும் ஐந்து நபர்களுடன் திருப்பதி கோயிலுக்கு செல்ல முடிவு எடுத்திருந்தான். 6 பேரும் சேர்ந்து ஒரு மாதத்திற்கு முன் திருப்பதி செல்ல ரயில் டிக்கெட் புக் செய்தனர். ரயில் டிக்கெட் புக் செய்து விட்டு பனியன் கம்பெனியில் வேலை பார்த்து வந்தனர். அவர்கள் புக் செய்த நாளும் வந்தது திருப்பூர் ரயில் நிலையத்தில் அவர்களுக்கு ட்ரெயின் சரியாக 5 30 Pm மணிக்கு. அவர்கள் 6 பேரும் தாராபுரத்தில் சேர்ந்தவர்கள். ட்ரெயினை பிடிப்பதாக இருந்தால் நான்கு மணிக்கு பஸ் ஏறவேண்டும் தாராபுரத்தில் இருந்து அப்பொழுதுதான் ஐந்து முப்பது மணிக்கு ட்ரெயின் பிடிக்க முடியும். 4 1/4 தாராபுரம் பஸ் ஸ்டாண்டில் இருந்து திருப்பூர் பஸ் ஸ்டாண்டுக்கு ஏறினர் ஏறினர். திருப்பூர் ரயில் நிலையம் வந்தடையும் பொழுது 5 3/4 மணி ஆகிவிட்டது. ரயிலும் சென்றுவிட்டது அவர்கள் 6 பேரும் பஸ்சில் திருப்பதிக்கு புறப்பட்டன. 

ரமேஷ் திருப்பூரில் உள்ள பனியன் கம்பெனியில் மேனேஜராக வேலை பார்த்து வந்தான். திருப்பூரில் குடும்பத்துடன் தங்கி இருந்தான்.அவனது அம்மா அப்பா தர்மபுரியில் இருக்கிறார்கள் .ரமேஷின் சொந்த ஊர் தர்மபுரி. கம்பெனியில் ரமேஷுக்கு கீழ் ஐந்து நபர்கள் வேலை செய்கிறார்கள். ரமேஷின் தாயாருக்கு உடல்நிலை சரியில்லை என்று தர்மபுரில் இருந்து போன் வந்தது ரமேஷ் உடனடியாக தர்மபுரிக்கு கிளம்பி விட்டான். ரமேஷ் தர்மபுரி செல்வதற்குள் அவரது தாயார் இறந்து விட்டார். ரமேஷ் தனது கம்பெனிகள் தனக்குக் கீழ் வேலை செய்யும் அவருக்கு போன் செய்து தனது தாயார் இறந்துவிட்டார் என்ற செய்தியை சொல்லிவிட்டான். அவர்கள் 5 பேரும் திருப்பூரிலிருந்து இரவு 8 மணிக்கு ஆம்னி வேனில் கிளம்பினார் தருமபுரிக்கு அவர்கள் அங்கு செல்லும் போது காலை 2 மணி ஆகிவிட்டது. அங்கே சென்றவுடன் ரமேஷின் தாயாரின் உடலை பார்த்துவிட்டு சிறிது நேரம் அங்கேயே இருந்துவிட்டு காலை 3 மணிக்கு தருமபுரியில் இருந்து கிளம்பினர் திருப்பூருக்கு .ஆம்னி யில் இருந்த 5 பேரும் தூங்கி விட்டனர். டிரைவரால் தூங்காமல் வண்டி ஓட்ட முடியவில்லை நல்ல படியாகத்தான் வண்டியை ஓட்டிக் கொண்டு வந்து வந்துகொண்ட...
